Yes... a proper investigation and obtaining facts. That's why I used the word, "probability".

However, investigations require people willing to investigate.

Republicans won't.
And tRump controls the Administrative branch. So the probability of a legitimate accounting of that $ is extremely low.

Regardless of the SCOTUS ruling, the probability remains extremely high that the money generated from those tariffs will find its way into the pockets and off-shore accounts of tRumpstein and his cronies, not the rest of us.🤷
