I felt moved to launch into a Klingon Death Howl to open the gates to Stovokor to relive stress and anxiety and it kind of worked.

I created a support group for monofolk in mono+polyam relationships 10 yrs ago. It's important for people to connect w/ others in similar situations. But my enjoyment of talking about & offering advice to newbies is fading. I don't want to abandon the group but I do need a succession plan for it.

A coworker lent me a book in 2014, just before my husband passed away. She thought I'd really like it. Today, I finally read it cover to cover.

She was right. Wondering now if she'd clocked me as autistic a decade before I knew it myself.

The book is Counting By 7s by Holly Goldberg Sloan.

I watched it again recently and was shocked by how much of an impact that movie had on my life. I was sobbing.

Had a wonderful impromptu visit with a friend yesterday, took her to a local spot for dinner then off to the local cat cafe to pet the kitties!

Today was unexpectedly stressful for a Friday, but here we are on the other side of it. Time for some some self care and recovery.
