This article sheds light on the complex intersection of populism, law, and non-state actors, offering insights into how these dynamics are transforming the legal-political landscape.
The article examines how right-wing actors (especially NGOs) in Europe are strategically engaging with legal systems to advance their agendas. Far from rejecting the rule of law, they are leveraging it - often in collaboration with populists - to challenge liberal norms and human rights.
