Reading this in preparation for Helen Peters’ visit to us in September. It’s brilliant and I can’t wait to share it with our pupils. Her Jasmine Green series will appeal to our younger pupils too. They all LOVE an author visit 🀩

I don’t β€˜love’ maths but I do love discovering new ways of teaching tricky concepts. Method A will make long division so much easier for lots of my pupils πŸ‘Œ

What a fantastic book this is…instantly engaging and focused on the important stuff…how leaders can make their schools and everyone within them (pupils and teachers) thriveπŸ‘Œ
I know it’s one I’ll come back to time and time again.

I grew up in Battle. I never took the view of the Abbey for granted…felt magical, especially at Christmas with the lights. Now I live in Arundel…must need an historic monument in a town before it feels like home 🀣

Love my new B5 notebook from The Positive Teacher Company. Didn’t need it, wasn’t going to get one, but I love this design so much - probably my favourite of theirs so far. The size is πŸ‘Œtoo.

Working my way through Kristin Hannah’s books this summer. Not sure why I haven’t read any of hers before…
I loved The Great Alone, The Women and The Nightingale. Halfway through The Winter Garden which hasn’t captivated me like the others but I’m invested. She’s a wonderful storyteller πŸ‘Œ
