I'm really not sure how people (that are actually capable of understanding, like adults) can continue to play – and therefore support – #Roblox when the company has been verifiably ignoring child safety and endangering kids for nearly a decade.

I have found the single downside to using #YouTubeMusic: Liking songs on #YouTube adds them to my liked playlist on YouTube Music. My liked playlist is now full of Slurmcore.
(Single downside is a joke by the way.)
Probably the single dumbest design decision I've seen on a lot of microwaves is not being able to set cook power if you use quick select timing. Instead, you have to use cook time and then set the power level. Stupid.
Not BlueSky algorithm feeding me football content even though I've expressed zero interest in any sports, and have marked multiple football related posts as not interested.
Listen here, Mr. Algorithm, I DO NOT CARE ABOUT SPORTS.
REALLY IMPORTANT UPDATE PLEASE SHARE
#ASafeChoice physicians WILL prescribe medication abortion via telehealth FOR WOMEN WHO ANTICIPATE NEEDING THIS MEDICATION.
REPEAT: You do NOT need to be currently pregnant to get this prescription.
In an era of potentially draconian abortion bans, take note!
Unfortunately, it's true for most of America, because they either have little to no bike lanes, or the bike lanes they do have aren't maintained to a standard which makes traveling by bike a safe option in winter.
It's sad, living in a country built around private vehicles.
I think stalled vehicle notifications are useful when used properly. It gives you a heads up if there are people actively moving around the vehicle. I don't think an abandoned vehicle should count as stalled, and therefore shouldn't be reported as such.
I've noticed on Android Auto that, if the screen is set to multi-panelled (maps + music + etc), the confirmation prompts don't appear.
It's become a part-time of mine to post the Goatse GIF at any spam texts I get from RCS capable numbers. I'm pretty sure one time I got some group to stop messaging me by constantly responding with a Mario Goatse image.
New app idea: Grindr for Professionals
From what I've heard, it was a fight to ever happen. Unfortunate that I missed such a momentary event!

I can't tell if this is serious or not, so here they are:

Literally just screeched like a goblin after tripping running up the stairs with my spaghetti and dropping it on the floor.
This is real and is actually hilarious.
I suppose I got it mixed up with being able to only use usernames to start chats instead of needing to share your number.
I thought they did. I guess not. Well, the more you know!
Didn't Signal recently remove the phone number requirement?
How would that be funny? It seems like this would be right up his alley, being FOSS and having the option to privately host your own data.
I truly hope all of the media attention BlueSky is getting now doesn't create a massive influx of the users/bots that made Twitter so terrible. Let's just keep this place nice. Unfortunately, I suspect such is wishful thinking.
You're welcome!
@bsky.app Is there any intent/timeline to optimize BlueSky's interface for use on tablets? I don't personally use them, but a recent interaction with a fellow new user highlighted it as a concern.
bsky.app/profile/meri...
I see. I don't use any tablets myself, so I don't have any real reference between mobile and tablet interfaces. I can certainly understand there being a gap there, considering BlueSky is relatively new, and the devs probably haven't had the time to optimize for tablets.
Really? From my (very limited) experience, it's extremely similar to Twitter's interface.
Sitting at work, I overheard some of the older people discussing this. They actually implied it was a good idea, citing the Twitter layoffs, as if he isn't running the site into the ground faster than a Cybertuck's tow hitch breaks under horizontal load.
