First time was as a kid~ his dad was the leader of a warlock cult and made experiments on him
Second was during Legion when he got blasted by the essence of a fel beast he defeated and absorbed some by accident
His relationship with the goop is a bit funky ngl X)
As a warlock who got forcefully infused with fel/demon essence on several instances I think it wouldn't be pleasant to be too close~ Prob a burning sensation all over
Also he goes nowhere without his imp so he'd grab him and GET AWAY because that's his baby and he don't want him to be harmed by it
