From roundtable sessions with partners implementing this work to journeying along with local programs, we witnessed how communities—urban and rural—are shaping a shared movement of social prescribing for caregivers.

This June, we joined our Alberta partners for a rich and insightful site visit that reminded us what makes social prescribing work: relationships, trust, and community leadership.
