TIL there's an officially recognized transgender district in SF! Very cool learning about the history of this area that I didn't know about despite living in SF for many years.

Totally fair to criticize the use of AI images, especially here when there's a real world train that runs off solar, it's just not sexy enough I guess for clicks.

It's a 3km line that runs a 2 car train hourly and entirely on electric that line has generated via solar (combo of roof solar on the train and station shed); reportedly it only uses ~23% of electricity generated, the rest is fed back to the grid.

Weird how this post generated such strong responses from people who didn't bother to research.
