Having said that I've looked at the photos and it's more than just the toes but the feet are red but not as painful as the toes

Not feet , just toes so far . It's more than just hot .My toes go bright red , swell up and are excruciatingly painful .The pain can seem to last anywhere between 5 minutes and a couple of hours so far .Always seems to happen in the afternoon or evening . Can sometimes happen a couple of times a day

Trying to sort out some NI back payments from when I was living in The Netherlands so I will be entitled to a full state pension (if I last that long). It's all very confusing for someone with no paperwork skills .

As the local MSP and police are now involved I think there is something to it . The fact that the house is next to a children's playground and 200m from a children's nursery is part of what has got the locals noised up .

Oh dear . A neighbour knocked on my door yesterday to inform me that a convicted paedophile had moved into a house a couple of doors away from me and directly below her . She ain't happy about it . It seems he has done a council house swap with the old lady who used to live there .

Not a chance of me getting away with that . I'm on blood thinners and I would get shredded. 🤣

If you or your brother see any signs of it then try to get it treated as fast as possible. It's one of those things that is harder to get rid of the longer you have it . Mine is fairly advanced and I had some treatment done in 2022 that didn't work . Since then I've had heart surgery.

Asked my GP if I could see a hand specialist about my Dupuytren's Contracture . I am on the waiting list . I've been told the average waiting time for non emergency issues is 62 weeks 😭

This is a picture of the letter my Grandmother posted to him on the 8th of June the day after the sinking . News was slow back then and she was totally unaware. The letter was returned.

At the beginning of the War he was stationed on the RMS Carinthia and he was onboard when she was sank by a U boat on June 7th 1940 . His Chief Engineer Mr Robert Yates was one of the 4 men who died . It took 36 hours for her to sink so most were able to get off safely .

1932 -1934 he was transferred to the cargo ship Bantria and seemed to work mostly between Liverpool and the Mediterranean. In 1934 he was moved to the Aurania where he worked until 1936 .In 1936 he was 3rd Engineer on the maiden voyage of the Queen Mary and he served on her until the start of WW2

In 1929 he was transferred to the RMS Caronia still doing journeys to Montreal ,New York and Havana . In 1930 he was promoted to 3rd engineer ( no longer junior) and was on the SS Port of Brisbane going to New Zealand . 1931 and 1932 he was on the Mauretania.. 1932 he was also on the SS Berengaria

My grandad was born in Greenock in 1905 . He trained to be an engineer on the steam ships . By 1927 he got his first posting on a ship called the SS Antonia . He was a junior engineer learning his trade . He was getting to see the world . New York and Montreal were the usual destinations .

I don't think my father ever really got on with his father .His father was a seaman .He was never at home. By the time he was at home my father had already left home. My dad never really spoke much about him .In my eyes my Grandad is a fucking legend and I wish I could talk to him about his life.

Not so much rotten , more deflated . I can't see my health improving and that's no fun . It's all about how I deal with it . I could just say fuck it , sell my property and have fun until my heart says no . Or I could eat healthily, behave myself and try to eek out whatever time I have left .

I woke up at 9.20am and I'm still in bed . Very demotivated ☺️
