the newer episodes direction were necessary for building up the revenue needed to found glitch which led to things far greater than a silly mario parody series. i dont really like new smg4 but i respect its existence as a steppingstone for glitch.

to me difference between "new vs old" is when the videos go from being made purely for the fun of it to being made to keep an income. but, its not like i would rather have the series stick to the ytp style.

i haven't watched smg4 for a while, but if you want my opinion on it: im one of those fellas that prefer the old content over the later episodes, not because "erm modern is CRINGE" but cause i just personally aint a fan of the direction the series took.
