Just found out the gemdrop VR games for Spice and Wolf and Laid Back Camp actually can be played without VR.

Which while I'm sure defeats the whole purpose I'm certainly not going to turn down the opportunity to chill with the ladies and camp for abit*

I had never heard of this series but the synopsis made for an instant xmas present for my mom. Looks great!

They just refuse to realize how far they've actually fallen. Like they are deep in their own banter era but have no patience for what it will actually take to get out of it.

The majority of fans seems to be this way at least...as do those in charge apparently.

Obviously but they clearly existed in the relatively recent past (2012 was the Japan DVD release) so it's still frustrating to me. I'd be surprised if they were lost since then.

This being an upscale is profoundly disappointing as the masters on the Discotek DVD for Teyandee are definitely from film I'm pretty sure as it looks amazing.

This is another baffling decision from Japan.

In terms of old Anime we need to sit Japan in a room and say

"Look we have money, we're going to leave this money here in this jar in exchange for that thing behind you in that pile. I know you don't know who's it is but I'll leave that all for you to figure out after? How's about it?"

maybe, I just feel like because the teams are basically one or two a state (which are the same as countries) in most of US top sports leagues then there is a disconnect that is easier to achieve for alot of 'fans'.

Club football is much more intimate compared to franchise sports teams...imo anyway

This is such an american take. For most of the world sport is like a religion.

I'm british and support Arsenal Football Club and in terms of podcasts I consume more Arsenal media than anything else. It means alot to me.

Gaming podcasts are fun but games are just games, they are just experiences

I hit 300 BDs recently, being upto date on what I care about from Discotek has been so nice.

And I still have 56 DVD sets though will upgrade to SD-BD for a few in the future like Project Arms and I suspect others eventually.

Just made a few #Anime available as volumes only much more compact by putting them into multi disc cases.

Saves so much space on the shelves. The empty cases will go into storage.

Only downside ofc is not seeing the nice covers for each volume and the inserts.
