I have a family doctor and also a psychiatrist who has been prescribing me the meds, it's just our NHS is so understaffed and underfunded, you need to wait weeks for appointments when you need them there and then.

I was such a happy kid too. Fuck knows what happened to me

I think there's other undiagnosed issues, but I'm sick of this back and forth with the doctors, waiting weeks for appointments. I just want to feel normal ☹️

I'm so tired, I've been depressed for probably 15 years at this point, most of my life.

CBT doesn't work for me, been on different medications. Recently I was prescribed one that seemed to have been working, but the negative thoughts are coming back.
