I have a family doctor and also a psychiatrist who has been prescribing me the meds, it's just our NHS is so understaffed and underfunded, you need to wait weeks for appointments when you need them there and then.

CBT doesn't work for me, been on different medications. Recently I was prescribed one that seemed to have been working, but the negative thoughts are coming back.
