The first grad student to defend since I joined my group a few years ago is defending Wednesday! I’m so stoked for him. He’s worked extremely hard over the years I’ve known him, and I just know he is going to crush this.

Stressful week led me to go ham in the kitchen this evening. Wild Friday 😆 I made kale and mushroom risotto, quick (non authentic) jambalaya, and high protein baked penne pasta.

I’d love to be a contributor to the engineering and quantum feed. I’m a nanofabrication engineer for a quantum research group. While my PhD work was more centered around atomic force microscopy and MEMS devices, all of my current fabrication work is in quantum.
