Also new this morning: At least seven people were set to testify Monday in an evidentiary hearing against Grossberg, but because of his settlement, they couldn't.

Three of the women who accused him of sexual harassment spoke to the Herald-Leader about what they were going to tell the commission.

Embattled KY Rep. Grossberg settles with public reprimand, waives ethics hearing Per the agreement, Grossberg accepted two $1,000 fines for two of the three instances he allegedly violated the state ethics code.

The women who accused him of harassment and the strip club that banned him over trying to touch a dancer's genitals all stand by what they told the Herald-Leader in 2024.

They were in Frankfort today and ready to publicly testify about it.

That didn't happen because Grossberg settled.

Daniel keeps saying this repeatedly.

That he does so reflects on how awful he truly is.

I have heard disturbing Grossberg stories from multiple women.

With Grossberg case in mind, lawmaker seeks to add sex harassment to ethics code “The fact that (sexual harassment) is not something that the ethics commission has jurisdiction over is just wrong,” the sponsor said.

Rep. Daniel Grossberg says he's "been fully cleared of these frivolous allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct."

That's not what happened today.

The ethics commission is limited in investigating sexual harassment; it's not explicitly considered misconduct in the code.
