It sounds like the woman was cold, and the ICE-hole thought she had the right to milestone her because she gave her a blanket. This is not the first time she’s done this. The atmosphere of the centers is that anything goes as far as the detainees. Molestation, theft, assault, murder, or rape.

Since when does an arrest include a sexual assault? Is this the new normal?
