If the Courts rule that martial law is uncalled for&illegal,the military doesn’t have to follow his orders. Actually it should be a judgment call on the military’s part anyway. There’s no insurrection, just constitutionally protected protest. Imo, the military should stand down.

Any attempt to invoke the act could be challenged in court, especially if the use of military force is perceived as unlawful. The lower Courts have prevailed so far in restraining or modifying some of his more egregious orders—about 90% according to Attorney Michael Popok, MeidasTouchNetwork.
