had a complication today and was back the at the vet again today, but all is fine again now, and things should hopefully be fine, but we have to be guarded and vigilant for the next week or 2 and I am just a weeeeee bit tired and streeeessed
a night of missed sleep and 10 hours at the ER vet and $5k later at least our dog should be ok, slight chance of complications and a recheck in a couple days to keep an eye out for that.

The teal leopard is actually one I want to do as a fullsuit, and so it is WAY down the list of what would get done as a premade, the printed fur is so short and sleek that it really needs to be made *to size* to not look like wrinkly crap, so I DO need a buyer for that one before it gets made
part of organizing the hoard today was putting some of what I have for premades in their own storage box.

ngl, I am actually kinda jelly of this project, like, wish it was me that found cool fur rugs and had time to immediately pop out 3 neat goatish unicorns right after finding said furs (namely the time part, my stockpile of premade project furs is ridiculous at this point >:Y
stick pins could also help direct the ear to where it needs to be, like try a big long floral stick pin, they come pearl headed so it would look like an earring, can stab from the outer edge of the ear down into the head foam thru the ear to anchor it, should preserve some of the wiggle too
or one can ditch the springiness to glue the ears themselves to the head which would get them in the right position and have no springs showing but you loose the movement
there is not way to fix an over stretched spring, if the ears are sitting in an ok way and it just that the spring shows then fur can be glued next to the spring gap to hide it. If the ears are sitting awkwardly then one can try to glue foam bits around the ears as stoppers and cover w/fur
I do not recall want brand/make of lashes I used, they are human use ones, so any that you can find that is close would be great, or can replace both to make a match, or just have none. Which btw they should peel off pretty cleanly but if going w/out you can scrape remains off with ONLY a fingernail
Very carefully warming the lashes with a hair dryer and teasing them with something like a chopstick should work (dryer set on low, constantly smelling for the smell of warm plastic because that very much means stop) or can replace with new ones w/a rim of black fabric paint to make them permanent

Repair work is something I generally try to advise on vs do myself as the cost of sending it back and forth and time I need tends to be a lot, and TBH my work motivation has waned severely and requires the fuel of making new faces
certainly works! but if you want big fancy tail feathers like Nix I have to charge big 🦌 because BOY were those giant feathers a TASK (but it need not have a tail quite that extreme)
The primary fur I have btw is a high-low pile (like recent raptors legs) in baby blue with thin darker blue stripes
