Two days of free agency where teams were operating as if Maxx Crosby was being dealt to the Ravens.
Fascinating piece to the puzzle.
Only $45 million guaranteed for Malik Willis is a pretty good deal. A lot of upside for not a ton of investment for a team that probably isn't contending for a few years.
My numbers have Phillips playing at a $31 million dollar value this year. This number seems fine to me but there are some durability concerns.
Only 29th, unfortunately.
College Basketball Top-10 heading into the final week before Selection Sunday:
- Duke and Michigan are the clear Top-2
- These rankings do not take injuries in to account
Good for the Raiders. Crosby was never going to play for them at this level during a contending window.
Now they have the draft capital to build contending roster over the next few years.
Hey maybe the Bills were driving up the price for AJ Brown so the Patriots can't make the move?
And that’s before I get into multiple years of Moore. So I would say this is a conservative amount.
Back of the napkin math here...
The Bears trade Moore -- I have him valued at $17M -- and shed a $28M contract.
And then you factor in the value of the second-round pick swap for a fifth...
The Bears went +$11M on Moore and +$8.3M on the pick swap.
That's a robbery, folks.
The Bears get a second-rounder in the deal as well. Ship off a fifth-rounder but I think they come out ahead here by a good margin.
I had DJ Moore playing around a $17 million dollar player this year. I think the Bears are happy getting rid of that $28 million dollar cap hit the next couple years.
March Madness unofficially starts this week with conference tournament.
Who is most likely to punch their ticket to the dance? Well, I got you covered.

College Basketball Top-25 at the start of the day:
Took a break from some NFL Draft stuff to get some college basketball conference tournament stuff working...
What's the best play on the board for the Mid-Majors?
I'm really interested to see what happens with Utah OT Spencer Fano over the next few weeks.
Great week in Indy other than the arm measurement. How much will teams trust the tape?
Dani Dennis-Sutton gets the top composite score per my model.
Monroe Freeling had such a great week at the NFL Combine that he's very much in play as a Top-10 pick. And you can see why:
Cincinnati WR Jeff Caldwell had himself a week at the NFL Combine:
I've been working on some draft analysis by adjusting for height, weight, and position. Open to suggestions.
Here is Sonny Styles. Super explosive player but the agility numbers were more normal. I think that explains why edge rusher isn't being talked about more.
Jeremiyah Love running the 40 when he’s the surefire RB1 is refreshing.
And he didn’t disappoint. 4.36 is flying!
Eli Stowers jumping 45.5 inches in the vertical for a new TE record.
Let’s keep breaking records, gentlemen.
I wasn't online much traveling home from the combine but seems like we had quite a day of athletic testing.
And this LB class seems stacked.
Raiders GM John Spytek says they take public draft boards and put them into a system to figure out ranges for prospects.

Absolutely awful news. Rondale Moore has given football fans one of the best memories by torching Ohio State.
What an awesome player. RIP
It’s fitting that Mackinnon scores the game-winner after he sold the penalty because the ref wasn’t calling the high stick.

Sudden death OT in hockey is painful enough already but now we have 3 on 3 to add a few more seconds of holding your breath.
Remember to breathe, folks.
