In the last year, protests have given me hope. I have met so many great people, and seen that people in my city are amazing and tough, and that together we will get through this.

There is no way Senate Dems should vote for DHS funding while Republicans are threatening to nationalize elections and Trump is threatening to do it by executive order. ICE reforms are no longer enough. Their authoritarianism must be fought with every legislative lever available.

A President calling for the execution of anyone who reminds service members of this oath is showing us why the duty to disobey illegal orders is so important in the first place.
Note for Democratic politicians: you don't have to start your condemnations of ICE raids with "We all want to catch violent criminals, but..." Just say "These raids have nothing to do with catching criminals and everything to do with terrorizing innocent minority groups."
Remember all the people who were complicit with Trump and MAGA's agenda.
All of them will try to rehabilitate themselves and jump ship before it sinks.

I would just like to ask the Republican Party to please put Stephen Miller in front cameras as much as possible from now until the midterms because he is such a likable & charismatic person with so many amazing & popular ideas for people who aren’t white Christian nationalists.
