They tell you this on airplanes and trains too. But do people listen and follow directions? Most of us do, but the few who don't, won't or can't, mess it up for everyone!

Two hours after the incident we're rolling again.

Amtrak just sent me 13 identical text message notifications that the train I'm on is delayed after hitting a truck in the middle of nowhere, Montana. NO INJURIES reported, but damage to both the locomotive and the truck. Waiting . . . .
