En 2042 MEX no podrá financiar la atención a la salud al nivel -paupérrimo- de hoy. Para el 2010 estamos frítos. Urgen tres cosas:
1. Reformar la recaudación
2. Eficientar el gasto

The biggest loser is Mexico, followed by the United States. China's economy will suffer, but not as much. And the rest of the world will suffer, too.
