Drawing from our collective experience with various styles of Witchcraft, Black Rose offers the student a guided framework for learning the Craft in a way that is thorough and self-paced.

Along with my partners, Chas (@carnivalia.bsky.social) and Devin (@devinhunter.bsky.social) we created Black Rose Witchcraft as a means to provide quality training in the Craft to those who might not otherwise have access to qualified teachers.

In the 33 years since then, I have trained and been initiated into a few different traditions of witchcraft and magical spirituality, and am happy to offer my services as a magical teacher and guide.

I experimented with others and together we created our first coven. Later, I would find teachers and covens in established traditions and would learn from them. It wasn't long until my calling to be a Craft teacher emerged and I found myself teaching my first class at just 21 years old.

When I was a boy, I read everything I could on the Craft, regardless of style or source. Some things conflicted and so I weighed each on their own merits and eventually decided on my own what I felt to be "right."

There are many ways to practice Witchcraft. You can read books, experiment on your own, or take classes from reputable teachers. All of these approaches are valid and I think each should be taken into consideration as they each provide valuable insights into the magic of our Craft.

Just cuz I suspect it's gonna be relevant: "underage women" is a contradiction in terms. There are adults and there are minors, who are children. Ditto "nonconsensual sex." That's rape. The only reason to play semantic games is because you benefit from obscuring the simplicity of these terms.
