I’ve mostly had Nvidia GPUs. This is the third AMD gpu (X800 back in early 00s, 6970 back in 2011) now the 6900 XT I bought in 2022- which still works well, but wouldn’t mind an upgrade for a modest 599 if I can - just to trace more rays.

I hear you. Same. Only way stuff gets to MSRP is if there is enough supply. Does seem pessimistic right now, but, with all the 5070 supply, maybe (asterisk for tarriffs) there will be enough. I’m checking periodically.

Hearing supply for 9070xts will improve in April- trying to get one myself to upgrade from my 6900xt.

There’s a zillion things- but there are also alot of low hanging fruit and the failure here to shut down the government and message and escalate something like the destruction of the department of education is fucking astounding.

Agree- captured by this for 15 years now. The president of the united states is not appropriating congressional funds, starting trade wars against our trade partners which will increase prices for no gain, dismantling the department of education, HUD during a housing affordability crisis.

While that is a worthy cause, it’s a divisive message 30 days before Election Day. There are higher level problems that should’ve been messaged for all Americans.

Harris during her floundering bid - should’ve literally spent the entire campaign talking about housing and child care for the entire country. A nice succinct message- repeat it over and over again. Instead she proposed forgivable loans for African american business.

There’s clearly areas of concern that are unaddressed. I think a big failing of the Democratic Party has been how every proposed policy is means tested or limited to a specific demographic. To win elections you focus on -problems- facing as many Americans as possible.

I live in aocs district, so I think I live in a district that actually has a rep worth a damn and scares the shit out of republicans. If I didn’t I might actually have considered running as that’s how frustrating this has been for me.

Last rant on this- the president of the United States is dismantling the department of education. Could you maybe do something like demand that this not occur? Or how about HUD? We are in a housing shortage perhaps stand up for Americans and demand these two popular agencies do not get destroyed?..

The entire party can’t come up with a unifying cohesive message - even if they did that, 99% of them couldn’t even deliver it persuasively. They need to go. It’s wild. I cannot even believe they thought pink outfits and tennis paddles adequately expressed their constituents frustration.
