It’s only as strong as the people that are sworn to uphold it.
The beauty of due process is that it is supposed work for everyone. Our system is set up so that even the most vile offender gets the same due process as a completely innocent person. Then, and only then can we say they deserve the punishment we hand out.
Remember when all the ammosexuals said that the second amendment protects us from a tyrannical government? Where are those people now? Why are they sitting idly by and watching as an authoritarian president completely violates the Constitution and tramples on rights?
If you are not deeply offended by the trampling of the constitution by this president, and in particular the clear rejection of due process - you have no business calling yourself a patriot.
Frankly, this is true for Republicans too. No American that believes in the Constitution should be accepting or complicit to these policies.
Can you imagine the uproar about senility or DEI they would be having on Fox right now if Joe or Kamala dropped the college football trophy while on stage?

If just 4 Republicans in the House voted with Democrats, Trump could be impeached. If just 20 Republicans in the Senate voted with Democrats, Trump could be convicted.

Since his tariff “plan” blew up and he has made inflation worse, look for Trump to start vigorously attacking the Fed to lower interest rates. This is a terrible idea and shows he is as ignorant about rates as he is about inflation. Lowering rates will just cause inflation to go higher.

This is addition thru subtraction. The Republican Party has become a white Christian nationalist party. Because of demographics, there is a ceiling to their numbers. To increase proportionally in size, they need to eliminate non-whites from the electorate.
