I wish they would call them "concentration camps". Frost laid out that the prisoners drink off of a faucet on top of a toilet, 3 toilets per 34 people, showers once a week and horrible food. When the storms in hurricane season hit Alligator Alcatraz, people will die.

I'm a lifelong SF Giants and have always hated the Dodgers. What they did makes me rethink all of that. Good show, Blue! (In no way does that make me love my Giants less... I just like the Dodgers a tad bit more...) ⚾❤️

I've been really quiet on this site for about a week. I had the audacity to (nicely) disagree with something someone posted and soon realized that I was not PC enough. The vitriol from "the enlightened" made me realize that people (me, included) are really F*cked UP!!! I never claimed perfection. 😉

Yeah. I'm that guy. Think what you want. See about attempting to reach people with kindness, and not so much hate. And step out of Mom's basement for a breather, once in a while.

Well, guy, it does affect me. Not as severely as it does others but, as I said, I'm an old, white guy. I'm NOT touched as badly as others, and that's a big problem. If old, white guys felt the pain, it would cease to be. Why so much hate from people? 'Cause I said not all cops are bad? It's true.

So, prove my life experience? Nope. Science can't transfer that from one person to another. I wish that it could though. I would have learned from those who went before me. Now, thanks to the internet, people are freakin' geniuses right out the gate! No need to live life. Already know it all!

I get it. My claim is based only on my experience with the cops as a white person. As I said in another reply, I've got two arrests, one for felony possession 56 years ago for two joints. It could have been (probably WOULD have been) bad if I were a person of color. I don't know for sure.

This is not a provable statement, anymore than the statement “cops do the wrong thing more often than they do the right thing.” Is the latter your argument? If so, I’ll ask the same of you. It’s not a logical question.

Love the tolerance. “Don’t disagree and you’ll fit in just fine! Got an opinion? How dare you!” Even if I am wrong (which most commentators believe), I am entitled to my thoughts. Please allow me that. Or will I fall out of your favor. Oh, well… Now I’m crushed!

And I spelled out my ethnicity, acknowledging that “my people” don’t experience the discrimination and racism that others do. What more can I say than that? Mean people do suck, be they cops or anyone who disparages others. Anyone pop into mind? (Check the mirror).
