This approach allows us to ruthlessly prioritize, acknowledging that we will actively *choose* things we won't get done. This helps us avoid "moving 10 things forward 10%" over a work period, and instead push to "finish 3 things that unblocks the next round of decisions." 🍵

Once we've established clear goals and targets as a team, we encourage every member to consider: 1) what *must* be done? 2) what are the things only you can do? 3) what is the thing that's *not* getting done if you choose to do this particular thing in front of you? /2

When you're a start up, everything is opportunity costs.
There will always be more things to do than you have hours or people to do it all. /1
