Visiting Mar Lodge estate in the Cairngorms yesterday, partly as research for a new project about shifting baseline syndrome. The abundance of Scots pine from all generations just so beautiful, especially in the sunny November snowscape.

Some #jazz -ish #music recorded a few years ago during covid, on a tiny upright #piano over a manipulated loop also from the piano - plus a little #moog. Was originally made for a tiny film featuring beavers gnawing away at a tree, while the moon rose behind them.

Two little Tamworth Pig cross weaners are staying with us for a couple of months with their mum - looking after these daily is a joy, but they keep escaping into the wildland underneath a fence...but mum's too big to get out, so they keep coming back 😅
