I appeared before J. Immergut when she was on the state bench. It was a basic question of procedure. She sat down and said somethingvlike.. counsel I read the briefs, I am inclined to rule against you...why am i wrong...(she was right).

If you allow a government to break the law because of an “emergency”, it will create an emergency to break the law.

Please do not limit J. Immergut to being a trump judge. Her history shows a traditional conservative approach to law that was approved of by 2 democratic senators for the federal bench and appointed to a state judge bt a democratic governor.

Every single one of these clips was taken today in downtown Portland. Portland doesn’t want or need a federal takeover. If Trump insists on sending federal “resources” he can start with funding health care, bridges, affordable housing, and wildfire protection to name a few.
