Survived a grueling 13 hour flight in basic economy only to find out our connecting flight to our home city has now been delayed twice and we are now not getting home until after midnight. I've already been awake for 26 hours because I once again could not sleep on the plane🥲

Heading back to the US from Japan today and I still can't believe all the amazing and incredible things we did here. Going back kinda sucks but I keep telling myself I really miss my cats and it will be fun to see my friends again.

Arceus is really different for a Pokémon game but super fun! I also really enjoyed Sword/Shield and Scarlet/Violet. I would not reccomend ZA either for getting back into it. It's very different and has been challenging for me and I'm a huge Pokémon fan.

After using Japanese toilets for almost 2 weeks I have to admit I don't really care about the bidet part, what I DO love is that the public toilet stalls are usually almost fully enclosed and they play privacy music. I'm a shy pooper and usually can't go in public but not with these amenities ✨️💩✨️

Gearing up for our last day at Tokyo DisneySea after walking 100 thousand steps for most of the last 10 days in Japan like 🥴😵‍💫😫😱🥹🫡🤪

I also told my husband we should go on Splash Mountain even though it was freezing becayse I heard they turned down the splash for winter and then we got sat in the front row and completely drenched lol. Photo moments before disaster

I feel so dumb this is the silliest thing that has happened on our vacation I just had my shit everywhere after getting ready and usually we never get our rooms refreshed unless it's a very long stay. She even put my new plushie on the pillow I cannot 🤦‍♀️

We left our hotel this morning in a mad dash to make it for our 15 minute early park entry after scrambling to get ready & leaving a chaotic mess but I completely forgot to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door and they came in & made up our beds & put all of the mess neatly back on top of them

I'm freezing my ass off in tights, shorts, a dress, a sweater, and a jacket, idk how these Japanese girls are walking around in mini skirts with no visible tights at ALL, not even skin colored ones!

Headed to Tokyo Disney today! Everyone pray for me that the trains aren't insanely crowded because we actually have to take our luggage with us on them this time.

We went go a curry restaurant today that had small cups but they left a whole pitcher of ice water on the table- now that's what I'm talking about!

Like sorry I'm a H2ho and I love being hydrated geeze.

I've been in Japan a week and I'll tell you the biggest thing I miss (other than my cats of course) is when you go to a restaurant in the US and they give you a big huge glass of ice water. Over here you might get a thimblefull of room temp water if you're lucky, one place only had hot water???

Also reporting live from Tokyo that zigzag hair parts are very in with girlies here. Takes me back to the early 2000s seeing them everywhere.

In Japan and I'm just wondering do people not wanna sit next to me on the train because I'm fat or because I'm a foreigner? Probably both I'm guessing 🤷‍♀️

Guess the going nonstop for 4 days on 3-4 hours of sleep finally got to me 🤪 That or the endless coughing kids at Sanrio Puroland.

Unfortunately I woke up sick in Japan but fortunately I woke up sick IN Japan. While researching this trip I already saw stories about how great their cold medicine was and I took my first dose this morning and I feel close to normal, zero stuffy nose or cough.

People think I'm not flexible but I booked our return trip bullet train tickets while on the train to the station and then I booked our dinner reservations on the train back to the hotel 💁‍♀️

Tried to buy cough drops because the heat and dry air has my throat struggling and accidentally bought motion sickness medication, when in Japan amirite?

I was waiting on the street for my husband who went in a 7-11 and an older Japanese man came up to me, did a fist motion, and then shook my hand and did another fist motion. I don't know what he meant but yeah man fist.

Was so exhausted I passed out face down while my husband went to pick up some dinner for us. That 2 hours of sleep is really coming for me, let's hope I can still sleep through the night!

I regret to inform you that we did not take it easy tonight due to a 1 hour train ride in rush hour, boarding the wrong type of train, and getting back to the hotel with no food after way overdoing it again.

NBD just openly weeping during the Quest of Wonders parade at Sanrio Puroland because I can't believe I'm really in Japan at the Hello Kitty theme park right now.

We were supposed to take it easy yesterday but went kinda hard instead lmao so today after our main plan (Sanrio theme park) we are taking it easy and chilling at the hotel the rest of the night. So we can go hard again tomorrow 🤣

Pretending I'm not jet lagged after going to sleep at 2am and waking back up at 5:30. Time doesn't matter I'M IN JAPAN
