Don't put a price at less than $5 for any add on, as an artist, you've got to consider if your time is only worth pennies at that point, add on should either be free, or high enough to pay you for your time.
Always go high enough to compensate yourself fairly.
$1-2 gets chewed up by fees anyways.
The $ plus % makes this really confusing - are you paying a set $5 per or a 5% charge
