My collaborative work with @james-gagnon.bsky.social lab is now on Biorxiv. We combined the high throughput in vivo perturbation abilities of #MIC-Drop π€π«³with unbiased molecular phenotyping abilities of scRnaseq. Some very cool finding and a lot of data to explore more!! #zebrafish π
