Pizza night. Pretty pleased with these. Lowered the hydration level just a bit and ended up with a nicely crisp crust. Next step is to plan ahead and do a multi-day proof in the fridge instead of same-day room temp proof.

Watched Taxi Driver for the first time tonight. I was with it right up until the last 5 minutes. Really not sure what I think about the ending. I liked it overall and it’s a good movie, but that ending gave me a bit of whiplash
