Flat color drawing (subtle gradient) based on a sketch by @realseymourcox, keeping his style too. It features is oc mage bolum woman Virimi, an original alien species of his.

Virimi is very rounded up and bloated, gaining a lot of height by her inflated belly mostly. naked stomach, dress tight and covering much less of her body, and stripped panties at full display at her bottom.
She is loudly burping after ingesting many ingredients (and temporarily an unknown individual; soft vore stuff) that brews a lot of gas inside.
On the screen there's a text listing her "gut contents", it says:
