Through thick and thin LegendaryLover Summary: Due to an overdue life-changing personal decision, Jiang Cheng's parents completely cut him off financially, stripping him of the cushiony lifestyle he'd enjoyed for over twenty years. Though he's determined to prove to his mom and dad that he can take care of himself even without their money and support, Jiang Cheng quickly realizes that it's not as easy as one might think to make it in this world all on your own. Luckily for Jiang Cheng, there's a young man who's more than willing to stick it out with him for better or worse.

If constantly being on the move was an Olympic sport, then Jiang Cheng would probably have a gold medal in the men's division by now. Though he's still young, running around all day going from job to job takes its toll. If he had a decent paying job he wouldn't have to work so many menial jobs at odd hours, but all the places he's been applying at have told him the same story: That he needs experience before they can hire him. Well, he only has three weeks of experience shadowing under his dad until he'd lost his son privileges, and apparently it's not enough to convince hiring managers that he's worth employing. But no matter what happens, he's not crawling back home to his mom and dad. He knows his mom is making things difficult for him on purpose so that he'll tuck his tail in between his legs and beg for his old job back, but Jiang Cheng wants to prove to her that he can take care of himself. And Huaisang. Speaking of Huaisang, the young man is currently being a pest again. He's silently dragging his tablet's stylus up and down the underside of Jiang Cheng's bare foot, watching with amusement as it twitches in response from the ticklish sensations. Jiang Cheng shifts his leg away, not looking up from his notebook where he's outlining next week's projected expenses. "Cut it out," he says, with no heat to his voice. "A-Cheng," a warm body drapes itself over his long legs. "Play with me."
