Darren Marshall's early maquette for animated Padawan Ahsoka Tano from TCW vs his most recent updated maquette for live-action Ronin Ahsoka Tano from Ahsoka. Interesting seeing her design evolve over essentially 20 years, with Darren's skills being refined as well.

A similar image, but not the image utilised for the teaser poster.

Bob Peak Jr., one of the sons of famous film poster illustrator Bob Peak, photographed the Vader suit (upper portion). An image took by him would be the one utilised for the "floating Vader's helmet" element on the teaser poster. Here's a similar image in the same set taken (designated MCH-IA-431).

TESB's theatrical advanced/teaser (one-sheet) poster produced by Tony Seiniger's advertisement agency Seiniger and Associates (known also as Seigner Advertising) for Lucasfilm Ltd. This is as it appears in a few published sources, not limited to The Star Wars Poster Book and The Making of The Empire Strikes Back aside from minor adjustments. The rudimentary design was executed by Tony Seiniger himself, in addition to David Reneric (the lead art director at the agency). David Reneric also developed the slanted TESB logo employed on the various versions of the poster and other promotional or merchandising material. Presumably, this exact image is derived from the raw scan (and that perhaps from a physical copy of this poster) as it exists in the Lucasfilm Image Archive (serial number designation - EP5-POS-3), considering this colouration is reproduced across a few sources. It does not seem to be the true colouration, since the poster seems significantly aged and discoloured as a result.

I've been investigating posters, and a particular one has caused me to devote much more time into researching it than anticipated.

The poster in question is TESB's theatrical advanced/teaser one-sheet produced for the holiday period of 1979 (designated as EP5-POS-3 in the Lucasfilm Image Archive).

Según la cuenta de leaks en twitter AniTsumi, 'Nana' de Ai Yazawa estaría cerca de volver según unos documentos de propiedad intelectual firmados por Shueisha a los que habría tenido acceso. La serie volvería a finales de 2025, principios de 2026.

Empezamos el día muy tristes con la noticia del fallecimiento de Kazuo Umezz. El maestro tenía 88 años y dedicó su vida al manga de terror. DEP.
