At one point, I was watching Angela Yeagher in her Fangtasia t-shirt, dancing & singing & playing keyboard and leveled with myself that it was considerably above my skills pay grade….you know? I’m not saying what we make, I’m thinking what the ideal contribution would be outSIDE of the hellscape.

I was SO glad to catch @vazum.bsky.social after missing two of their shows I had tickets to and I think at least one was in Tennessee when I was up there.

5/ I dunno where I’m going to live next, but I know it won’t be boring and I know I can do all f it on my own. If I move to Nashville, I’ll start feeling at home. If I stay in Florida, I’ll know how to change my life up.

Anywhere else? I can figure it all out on my own if I have to.

4/ I left the show a little early to get some air and avoid the mass exodus, but I hopped in my car, thinking: what the F*CK am I doing coming out of a show at a secret room at a bowling alley alone in Tennessee? In reality, I’m a Floridian, weird is like our thing. You can’t predict your own moves.

3/ Every time I thought I’d make an effort, I wound up skulking about observing everything to death when the traumatized person in me made SURE I knew nob day would ever care about me again.

At this show, tho, I remember thinking: maybe it’s time to stop doing that. Maybe it’s all ok.

3/ Some folks don’t know that I showed up in Nashville after an excruciating year and a half of losses that would continue into late 2024. But I did everything that wasn’t a goth event/industrial show entirely ALONE. It wasn’t like I made many friends at the time because I was still in my head.

2/ I started at the front, but I dropped things, lost my expensive Loops and found them, overheated, and just all-around was a klutz…I moved to the back. But in true Beep fashion, I decided to make the video angles interesting by standing on my tippy toes like I was my own tripod. 😂

Because I posted my thread of @dadimakesmusic.bsky.social videos from the March 2024 show at @eastsidebowl.bsky.social to my personal account, some of you get to see all of these twice. 💀

This was one of my favorite music experiences from 2024 overall because I felt…kinda at home.

Imma share the regular stuff more here, but GUESS WHAT ELSE?!
