As I understand it, the consequences appear to be that will take a ding to the unfair and biased credit score that was made up in the '70s, And it's possible that the loan servicer could sue you. But are they really going to sue all of us?

What if everyone who is drowning in student loan debt made a conscious decision to default on all of their private student loans?

What if... We all just said we can barely afford groceries, and you provide no services to me, I will not be paying you ever again?
