Time fizzes and skizzes .... three years today we played a Glasgow Strike Solidarity gig in the Admiral Bar. Belle and Sebastian's Sarah Martin brought her sweet vocals to the line-up, as did Lily Mohaupt when we performed Peat Bog Soldiers. We raised £2000 for striking workers. What a night!

Congratulations to the Village Hotel Strikers who announced on the picket line yesterday that they've secured a major victory on pay and conditions. This is the first British hotel strike in 46 years and it's a historic and significant win for the young workers. They are an inspiration to all of us!

We had a blast night at Dunoon Burgh Hall. It was the last night of our 'Outwith Glasgow' tour. Thanks to everyone who came along and to those who helped spread the word about the gigs; it's super-appreciated.
