An honourable mention would be the wedge pillow, which makes lying down + using the computer more comfortable. Actually, before I got the wedge pillow I was trying some other solutions that just ended up with me having a sore neck.

On the same theme, I use a laptop arm to be able to more easily use my laptop in bed, I can use it while in bed and have it at comfortable eye level.

A bit of a disability hack, I use a camping mattress pad to firm up my bed.

I've gone from consistent back pain to almost none, which is pretty big considering I spend a lot of time in bed these days
