I’ve got quite a climber on my hands.

I’m so tired already. But seeking peace where we can is important and balance is important so we can get up keep fighting back.

Homemade bread and scones I made this week. Most of this went in a gift/care package to some very kind friends who lent us a car while we wait for the one we bought to get to get to us and our second car to get fixed. Because of course both cars have issues at once and one died died like forever.

I dunno, man. I knew Facebook was icky but I’m feeling especially icky about it. Truly considering deactivating for the first time, anyone else out there?

Car is dead. I’m mad at Kia. Only made it 8 years and 115,000 miles before the engine crashed out. I loved that car but it wasn’t worth it. Now to do my least favorite activity in the universe. Never doing Kia again though.

Feeling like “poopy pants” as my toddler says. Over stimulated and just want to complain about it and not actually manage it.

I’m gonna need a hot sesh with my Gossip Doctor (therapist) to debrief “visiting home over Christmas and why I have anxiety”

Being outside! I hate the cold, despite living in a northern climate 😆. It just feels like I have more freedom when it’s warm. Also, the sun. I miss the sun.

Thanks! That’s a good point. I often feel pressure to do all the things and see all the people too. It can be overwhelming and not very restful.

Anyone else come home for break and just end up a triggered disaster? My body and brain is exhausted.

January 1 hits and I am done with winter and bring on Summer. Cold isn’t fun anymore. Snow has stopped its magic.
