Ik zie de gassector nu weer vollopen propaganda bedrijven over het weer moeten opvoeren van de binnenlandse gasproductie. Dat is onzin. Breng eerst de vraag omlaag. Er wordt op veel plekken nog aardgas verkwist.

En duurde ook jaren voordat er een noodplan werd gemaakt voor als de toevoer van fossiel gas verstoord raakt. Dat noodplan bepaald dat eerst industrie en tuinbouw afgeschakeld worden, en dan pas huishoudens. Overig is de kans dat dit nu nodig is vrij klein.

De 200 grootverbruikers in de industrie en tuinbouw hadden al veel verder kunnen zijn als ze tijdens de Groningen crisis met wortel en stok in beweging waren gebracht. In plaats daar van zijn we overgestapt op import.

Gasvoorraad op de bodem, straat van Hormuz dicht. Geen Russisch en geen Gronings gas. Goed moment om er op te wijzen dat het de VVD en de gassector ( lees Shell ) de afgelopen 20 jaar gelukt is om het uitfaseren van het gebruik van fossiel gas te saboteren.
