My friend, Nydia Cárdenas is running for Tarrant County Commissioner Precinct 4. If you are in Tarrant or know people in Tarrant, you should get to know more about Nydia!

Her kickoff event is Saturday, 12/6 from 2-5. You can RSVP to get the location.

Think about the potential of a 20% or more sales tax on everything you buy. Even your groceries which are exempt from sales tax today. Does that feel “affordable”?

Greg Abbott and other R’s are advocating that we should eliminate property taxes. It sounds cool, but they are picking your pocket.

I can remember the phone calls I had with Glenn Rogers back in 2019 and 2020, laying out what the motivation was for Tim Dunn and Farris Wilks. We walked through Christian nationalism and 7 Mountains / Dominionism. Rogers knew all of this before going to Austin as a member of the Texas House.

If you’re tempted to turn MTG into a hero over her falling out with Trump, please check yourself.

She may be at odds with him on the heinous Epstein debacle, but she’s still MTG with the same hateful values she’s always had. Please don’t rationalize levels of Republican awful.

Imagine having a Tarrant County Commissioner in Precinct 4 who can break down big ideas into manageable pieces and can then focus on problem solving and solutions for regular every day people.
