Moxxie is barely containing his irritation at the situation. Panel 4: Blitz leans even prouder against the desk, resting his chin in both of his hands, grinning large & full of teeth, his tail spade hovering over his head. Stolas is still laughing, his tears overflowing, but manages to peek his right eye open and says, between hoots, "They do!", "We do!", "I am!", thus fulfilling Blitz's joke. Moxxie is walking out of frame past the camera, still looking irritated.
