as a chronically ill cancer survivor, it's stressful. my partner has to pay much more for coverage for me—and why? because paying for my care doesn't make a profit for a healthcare company.

it's so cruel and disgusting. everyone should have access to healthcare, everyone's wellbeing should matter!!

healthcare in the US is such a fucking scam. my partner's job got bought up by a different company, and now we have to switch healthcare plans—and of course my partner will be paying more for worse coverage than we had.

our wellbeing is never the point, profit is. makes me want to scream!!

Freelancing is great because I can take a day off whenever I want AND feel so guilty about doing it that instead of resting, I get to wander around the house all day thinking "I should be working"
