We’ve had great times, but now we get new challenges. Goodbye elementary school, hello middle school.

But also goodbye middle school and hello high school for our daughter, and hello to another year of high school for the twins.

Today a chapter closes. Since we bought this house in 2018, we’ve always had at least one kid in elementary school. And that whole time, we’ve had the same bus driver.

Today was our youngest kid’s last day of elementary school, and last day on Miss Sandy’s bus.

Congrats to my mom, who has given countless years to the schoolchildren of Florida and Massachusetts, for changing her email signature to “EdD (retired)”
