I’m enjoying the little things again. Like laying up & watching a whole movie w/o checking my phone. Or just looking out the window when traveling. Feels like I’m regressing back to a time before smart phones and I love it.

This practice has drastically stopped me from doom scrolling. It’s repurposed my brain space for what God’s calling me to do IRL. Something so little has brought back so much peace and clarity of thought.

I’ve made a new habit of not scrolling the TL nor clicking stories on IG. I keep my close friend’s pages in my search list & only click their stories when I want to see what they’re up to. Now I only know the business of ppl who are actually in my life. I’m literally minding MY business.

I realized the information overshare was subconsciously taking up too much space in my brain. We know an unnatural amount of other people’s business. It feels nice to know less these days.

Unplugging from socials has been really, really good for me.
