One thing is certain. Portland’s white elite elected’s historic tactic of pitting BIPOC against BIPOC based on tokenism is very alive & well

Excited for this new opportunity of change…. Nosse in the past has done good work but the last couple of sessions has been noticeably in the way of innovative forward progress….. that includes active and collaborative community centered solutions.
