The steamy heatwave was cooking in NYC before I left, ♨️ then was in the south of Spain where we cooked in the dry heat instead 🍳🍳🍳. The trip was fantastic, I moderated and attended at FfD4. Lots of brilliant Black women at all levels advocating for financing for women, youth & communities. 💥

My theme for 2025 is COMMUNITY. I have challenged myself to seek out new environments as well as host events & gatherings IRL.

In January I joined a new gym, tried some new cardio classes. 🏃🏾‍♀️

Last month I visited a new city, ✈️attend BHF25, joined an ATRS book club. 📚 🤓
