Psst, just because I've seen multiple friends lamenting having accidentally posted images without alt text this week: you can enable a bsky setting under Accessibility that will not let you post an image without putting the alt text in first. Game changer for me!

So this is the same thing with TTRPGs as well. Every game, board game, roleplaying game, even playground game has a fundamental core game loop that is all anyone needs to know for 90% of the game.
