BOTH more certified Air Traffic Controllers AND a review of the technology are needed. The hiring first and as soon as possible, followed by the second. Then they could implement a well-planned upgrade of the tech and make sure the controllers are fully trained on it.

I'm using the excuse of cold weather not to go to yoga in the park this morning. I'd far rather go down to my studio and play with paper and glue. These are a couple of collages I'm working on with papers that I hand-printed. It's very enjoyable.
